Comprising two residential buildings—Stonepine House and Trackside House—the development is located within the north-western section of the Moonee Valley Race Club masterplan. Together, the buildings deliver 330 premium apartments, designed to integrate contemporary living with the rich heritage of the racecourse precinct.
