The Awaken Residences is an exquisite 12-storey development designed by Cottee Parker Architects, brought to life by S & S Projects, and constructed by McNab Constructions. The project consists of 9 exclusive luxury apartments and 2 food & drink outlets, perfectly blending modern design and high-end living within the iconic Gold Coast landscape.

Axiom’s Role

As part of this prestigious development, Axiom Group supplied and delivered balustrade systems that were integral to the aesthetic and functional success of the project.

• Balcony Balustrades: We installed 428 linear metres of our Custom Alpha Balustrade System, ensuring both safety and a sleek visual presence.
  
• Pool Balustrades: For the pool area, we supplied 7.5 linear metres of the Rockley Balustrade System, designed to provide the perfect combination of elegance and durability.

All balustrade posts were powder-coated in Dulux Duratec Zeus White Gloss, giving the project a modern, clean finish that blends seamlessly with the architectural style. The powder-coating not only enhances the appearance but also ensures long-term resistance to the harsh coastal conditions of the Gold Coast.
